Types of Memory Cards

Memory stick media has been revised severally since first launch by Sony in 1998. In fact, the original format is now not in use. XD picture card (xD or Extreme Digital): It is a 20mm x 25mm x 1.7mm removable flash memory for digital cameras. They were developed by Fuji film and Olympus and are still in use in digital cameras made by the two companies.
